Our general terms and conditions apply to all deliveries and services. Virtute Naturae reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
Delivery area
Europe
Prices
All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF) and include VAT (with the exception of voucher orders). The prices stated at the time of ordering are binding (obvious errors excluded). Prices are expressly subject to change. Shipping costs will be charged additionally (see Shipping).
Orders
When the order is finally submitted, it becomes binding and these general terms and conditions and provisions are deemed to have been accepted. The purchase contract is only finally concluded when the seller confirms shipping. In rare cases, despite order confirmation, it may happen that ordered products can no longer be delivered. If, contrary to expectations, an item is not available, the seller will inform you as quickly as possible and clarify the next steps.
Orders are processed continuously unless otherwise communicated (e.g. in the case of holiday absences, which are communicated on the website).
Minimum order value
There is no minimum order value.
Shipment
Depending on the location, shipping takes place within 2-14 working days of receipt of the order. The shipping address specified in the order applies as the shipping address. If the address or name provided cannot be identified by Swiss Post (e.g. if the name on the mailbox does not match) and the goods are therefore returned to us by post, the customer is obliged to pay the additional costs incurred to take over from
Depositing parcels on your doorstep
If the recipient is absent, the post office may leave the package on their doorstep. If depositing is not desired, you can inform the post office in advance by telephone or email (tel. 0848 888 888, email kundendienst@post.ch). In no event can Virtute Naturae be held liable if packages sent by us cannot be located.

PostPac Economy, PostPac Priority, UPS Worldwide Switzerland
Shipping costs Switzerland
Up to an order value of CHF 79.99, shipping with Swiss Post will be charged CHF 9.00 for PostPac Priority or CHF 7.00 for PostPac Economy. From CHF 80.00, no shipping costs are charged for shipping with Swiss PostPac Economy. Priority shipping is charged at CHF 2.00.
International shipping costs
Shipping only takes place in the countries we support.
The packages are sent with UPS. Shipping costs vary between CHF 21.95 and CHF 22.60 depending on weight.
payment
Payment is made upon completion of the order via Paypal or credit card.
Retention of title
The goods remain the property of Virtute Naturae until full payment has been made.
returns
For hygiene reasons, the exchange or return of our products is not possible. If the delivered goods differ from the order or are defective, please inform us by email within 3 working days. After 3 days the goods are deemed to have been accepted without objection. In the event of a complaint, the goods in question must be returned within a week after prior information has been sent by email. The customer bears the costs for the return. We will then replace the goods free of charge and postage. Excluded are defects that can be attributed to improper use. Damage that occurs during transport is not the responsibility of Virtute Naturae. Damage or loss of a shipment must be addressed to Swiss Post.
Right of withdrawal
Swiss legislation does not guarantee the customer the right to change his mind and return a product after an online purchase.
Liability
Virtute Naturae assumes no liability for the handling and use of the delivered items or for any intolerances to ingredients. We would be happy to advise you on application and ingredients before purchasing. We also recommend testing products for 24 hours on an insensitive area of skin, especially for products with essential oils or for sensitive skin that is prone to allergies.
exclusion
In exceptional cases, Virtute Naturae reserves the right to exclude customers from orders without giving reasons. If this is necessary, the order will be canceled and the amount will be refunded in full.
data protection
Virtute Naturae does not pass on any personal customer data stored by customers in the online shop to third parties, with the exception of the data required for postal delivery.
Place of jurisdiction
Swiss law applies to all legal relationships arising from or in connection with this purchase.
Severability clause
If individual provisions of the General Terms and Conditions are void or legally ineffective, the remaining provisions remain unaffected and the effectiveness of the other provisions remains.
